摘要
目的快速准确地对可疑病人进行筛选,早期诊断传染性疾病SARS。方法运用生物信息学这一门数学、统计学、计算机学和生物医学相交融的学科作为研究工具。结果破解SARS的病原-变异冠状病毒的DNA序列,从而获得SARS冠状病毒全基因组芯片。结论生物信息学是新世纪跨专业的一门前沿学科。
Objective:To riddle the Sever Acute Respiratory Syndrome patient rapidly and correctly in suspicion cases. Methods:Using bioinformatics,which is based on matematics.statistics.computer and biomedicine as researching tool.Results:Translating the DNA sequences of the aberrance coronary virus and then getting its full gene chip.Conclusion:In the end of this paper,bioinformatics ,a new cross-subject,has shown its tremendous power and bright future in the new century.
