慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗进展

An update on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的综合慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效治疗方法。方法对目前治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的最新方法加以分析整理。结果采用铋剂加两种抗生素的三联疗法、吗叮灵、胃复安、硫糖铝、叶酸以及参芪健胃冲剂等方法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎均有效。结论对慢性萎缩性胃炎应采取重视整体治疗、抗幽门螺杆菌治疗、改善胃动力、防止胆汁反流、保护胃粘膜等原则综合治疗,并在临床治疗过程中进行探索。

Objective:To systematically review the effective treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Data on the chronic atrophic gastritis were obtained by review.Treatment was the focus of this analysis .Results:a lot of treatments were effective cure for the chronic atrophic gastritis,for example,the three combined treatment of bismuth compound and two antibiotics, domperidone, metoclopramide,sucralifate,folic acid and some rtaditional Chinese medicine et al. Conclusions:In order to get better curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis,it is now suggested to adopt integrated treatment strategy,which include antibiotics treatment of helicobacter pylori, improvement of gastric dynamic ,prevention of bile regurgitation and protection of gastric mucous membrane et al,and to search for the best way during the clinical treatment.
