Examination on a peptic ulcer in the lab

目的分析比较目前用于消化性溃疡(PU)的实验室检查项目。方法对X线钡餐检查、内窥镜检查、胃液分析、血液检查和幽门螺杆菌检测结果进行综合对照。结果上述方法均可用于消化性溃疡(PU)的实验室诊断,但均有优点和不足之处。结论X线钡餐检查仍不失为目前诊断消化性溃疡(PU)的首选方法。

Objective:To analy se and compare the itemes of examination of petic ulcer in the laboratory.Methods:The methods of barium meal with x-line,gastroscope,gastric juice analysis,hemanalysis and examination of campylobacter pyloric were analyzed synthetic and compared.Results:All the methods of examination on petic ulcer in the laboratory have advantage and some disadventage.Conclusion:The examination of barium meal with x-line was preferred methods to diagnose the petic ulcer.
