阐述了我国历史上非理性因素的种种表现及产生的思想渊源;分析了非理性因素对法制的影响和作用,并在此基础上对加强我国法律制度建设进行思考。

This paper expounds the ideological source of irrational factors and how they came into existence in Chinese history and analyses the impact and action of irrational factors on legal system. Based on this, it gives some perspectives on strengthening construction of legal system in our country.
