On the Deficiency of Management in the State Enterprise' Joint-Stock System and Countermeasures

从公司法人制度的角度分析我国现行国有企业股份制改革在权利结构、持股主体、法人组织机构等方面存在的缺憾,并提出一些看法,供完善立法参考。

From the perspective of corporate system, this paper analyses the reforms in the present state enterprises' joint-stock system and points out the deficiency on the part of right structure, stockholders, and corporate organization. Several views are expressed for reference in perfecting relevant laws.
