摘要
为了研究多功能除草复合肥的制备可行性和性能,用团聚法制备了10-8-7型NPK丁草胺复合肥,探讨了制备的工艺条件:尿素、普钙、氯化钾、棒土的质量比为35∶100∶21∶10,丁草胺乳油分别占物料总量的0.25%,0.35%,0.45%,0.55%,造粒机倾角50~60°,转速20~23r/min,物料出口温度48℃.对丁草胺复合肥颗粒的性能进行测定和分析表明,所制复合肥的颗粒强度符合国家标准,一年内颗粒中的N,P,K及丁草胺含量,pH值保持相对稳定,肥料与丁草胺之间无拮抗作用,符合化肥—农药混配原则.
This paper aims to survey the preparation feasibility and characters of compound fertilizers with herbicide. The granulation procedure and technology of compound fertilizers with herbicide in laboratory are drawn.The properties of the compound fertilizers with butachlor are determined and analyzed.The relation between the amount of the herbicide and particulates' compression strength, the choice of the clays, the effect to the particulates' diameter by the amount of water in the materials when granulation, the characters of the compound fertilizer with butachlor in different period are observed through the heating reserving method. The primary results show that there are no chemical reactions among butachlor and the fertilizer, and physical and chemical characters of the compounds were within the national standard in a year.
