摘要
为打破大蒜蒜种休眠,以提前播种,及早上市,提高经济效益,采用低温和常温下清水或赤霉素溶液浸泡蒜种,研究打破大蒜蒜种休眠的效果.结果表明,赤霉素加低温处理打破休眠的效果最好,经低温处理的蒜种在田间都表现出分蘖现象;赤霉素以150mg/L效果较好,用清水浸种虽然对打破休眠有一定作用,但是烂种严重;单一因素处理打破休眠的效果不如两因素结合处理.赤霉素加过氧化氢(H2O2)处理对迟熟品种能增强打破休眠的效果,对早熟品种则减弱打破休眠的效果.
To study the methods of breaking the dormancy of garlic, the garlic is treated in different ways.Results show that the treatment with cooling+GA3 presents the best effect, the optimal concentration of GA3 is 150 mg/L.Water soaking has some effect;but garlic rots seriously ;the effect of treatment with any single factor is smaller than the treatment with two factors. Treatment of GA3+H2O2 can promote the effect of breaking the dormancy of the delaymature variety and weaken the effect of breaking the dormancy of the premature variety.
