冰糖橙及冰糖脐橙果实的总糖与总酸的变化规律 被引量:15

摘要 为增进对冰糖橙及冰糖脐橙果实发育全过程的了解,制定相关的生产管理措施,对其进行了总糖和总酸含量的测定.结果表明,在果实生长发育过程中,冰糖橙和冰糖脐橙果汁中总糖含量,7月25日至9月5日逐渐增加,以后增加趋缓,10月15日至11月25日又快速增加.总酸含量在7月25日至9月5日增加非常明显,以后增加开始减慢,10月15日至11月25日果实中酸含量下降最显著,基本上达到成熟时的水平. In order to improve understanding of whole course of fruit growth, we tested the content of total sugar and total acid which could provide scientific evidence to improve the genetic quality and species cultivating so that relevant producing and managing measures could be taken. The results show that the total sugar in fruit juice of Bingtang orange and Bingtang navel orange is gradually increased, together with the gradual increase of the content of total sugar .From September 5 to October 15, the content of total sugar is slowly increased,and from October 15 to November 25 dramatically. The content of total acid in fruit is accumulated rapidly from July 25 to September 5, then with a gradual decrease,followed by a dramatic decrease,from October 15 to November 25, which reaches to the level in mature fruit.
