摘要
提出了一种新型的零电压开关全桥三电平直流变换器。该变换器以能量传输比最大、滤波电感电流纹波最小、开关管实现软开关等为条件 ,寻找到了最佳开关方式 ,克服了传统零电压开关全桥直流变换器中开关管电压应力高、整流二极管存在寄生振荡等缺点 ,所以其变换效率更高 ,响应速度更快 ,进一步拓宽了它的应用范围。最后通过一个 3kW、50kHz的实验样机 。
This paper presents a novel zero voltage switching full bridge three level converter. The best modulation strategy is found on condition of largest energy transfer ratio, smallest current ripple of the filter inductor, and realizing zero voltage switching of each switches. The converter overcomes the drawbacks presented by the conventional zero voltage switching full bridge converter,such as high voltage stress of each switches and severe parasitic ringing on the rectifier diodes,so it can get higher efficiency,faster response speed,and wider application area. The operation principle of the new converter is analyzed and verified on a 3kW, 50kHz experimental prototype.
