胃肠间质肿瘤8例报告
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors :A Report of Eight Cases
摘要
总结天津市肿瘤医院2000年～2002年收治的8例胃肠间质肿瘤(GIST)的组织病理学和临床特点.GIST在病理形态上表现为多样性,免疫组化可以有效帮助其诊断和鉴别诊断.GIST的临床表现和影像学检查缺乏特异性,常导致就医时病期较晚.完整手术切除可获得较好的临床疗效,仍然是肿瘤治愈的惟一机会.
