摘要
本文介绍了相位测量轮廓术的基本原理,根据相位测量轮廓术中相位调制的原理提出了一种实现光栅精确相移的新装置,该套相移微动装置主要由步进电机控制器、驱动器、步进电机、螺旋测微头等部件构成.通过对步进电机控制器编程实现了相位调制的自动化.
In this paper we introduce the principle of phase measurement profilometry,and according to it we've devised a set of device through which we can acquire precise phase-shift.The device is made up of the controller of stepper motor,driver,stepper motor,micrometer and so on.We can realize the automation of the phase modulation by programming the controller of stepper motor.
