摘要 以水玻璃、硫酸为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备出纳米SiO2微粉.讨论了反应物的浓度、沉淀溶液的pH值等多种工艺因素对产品性能的影响,并探讨了纳米SiO2微粉的形成机理.TEM、BET表征结果表明:所制得的二氧化硅微粉粒子大小均匀,平均粒径为76nm,比表面积为452m2/g. Nanometer SiO2 powders are prepared from water-glass and sulfur acid by chemical precipitation.The effects of multiplicate technical factors on the properties of products,such as the concentration of reactants and pH value,have been discussed.The formation mechanism of nanometer SiO2 has also been investigated.The experimental result shows that the prepared nanometer SiO2 powders have uniform distributions and their average diameters are 76 nm and their specific areas are 452 m2/g by TEM and BET.
