儿童呼吸道异物误诊误治304例临床分析与防治

The clinical analysis and prevention of misdiagnosis and erroneous treatment for foreign bodies in children's respiratory track in 304 cases.

【目的】 探讨儿童呼吸道异物误诊误治的原因及预防。 【方法】 收集分析耳鼻咽喉科 3 8年间儿童呼吸道异物误诊误治 3 0 4例的资料。 【结果】 重视病史及体征变化是防止误诊的主要措施。X线检查在诊断中必不可少。 【结论】 临床医师应意识到呼吸道异物的危害性 ,一旦误诊误治 。

To discuss the reasons and preventions of the misdiagnosis and erroneous treatments for the foreign bodies in children's respiratory tracks. To accumulate and analyze such 304 cases in our department during 38 years since 1965. The main measure was to pay attention to the medical history and objective sign changes. X ray exam was necessary for the diagnosis. [Conclusion] The clinical doctor should realize the hazard of foreign bodies in respiratory track, once misdiagnosing and giving erroneous treatments, the harmful consequences will be got.
