摘要
提出了以电流斩波控制(CCC:CurrentCutControl)为主,以角度位置控制(APC:AngelPositionControl)为辅的控制模式,初步实现了中大功率开关磁阻电动机(SRM:SwitchedReluctanceMotor)的全数字控制系统简单、可靠的目标。在CCC中,采用了电流双幅值斩波技术,有效地降低了低速区扭矩的脉动。在APC中,作者使用了关断角调整策略,使续流对扭矩的降低量减小。初步的台架试验表明,该系统具备了带载运行的条件。
A simple and reliable digital control system of SRM (Switched Reluctance Motor) was put forward in the paper, in which the CCC (Current Cut Control) is used as main control module and the APC (Angel Position Control) is used as auxiliary control module. Dual width of electric current cut technology in CCC was adopted. It definitely reduces wave motion of torque in slow speed regions. Application of break angle to APC reduces torque in current feedback. Preliminary experiment proves that the system satisfies running requirement with load.
