摘要
分析了波形板气水分离器内二次液滴携带现象的机理 ,得出波形板内二次液滴主要来源于气流剪切液膜和液滴撞击液膜的结论 .基于此建立了考虑二次携带现象的新的碰壁模型 .新模型可以求出反弹后液滴的速度、液滴碰壁飞溅后所产生的二次液滴群的直径、数目、速度和角度 .
The mechanism of secondary droplets in the steam water with wave shape vanes was analyzed. It is concluded that the secondary droplets mainly come from shearing of airflow and impinging of droplets on film. The new impinging model was founded based on the mechanism of secondary droplets. According to the new model, the velocity of droplet from incident droplet′s rebounding from the film was known, and diameter, number, velocity and angle of droplet groups from incident droplet′s impinging were obtained.
