环形狭缝通道内干涸点及其位置的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以蒸馏水为工质 ,对压力范围为 2 .0~ 4 .0MPa ,质量流量 5~ 1 8kg/h ,间隙为 1mm的环形狭缝通道中的流动沸腾进行了实验研究 ,分析了影响干涸点 (DO点 )的界限含气量及其位置 (Lcr)的有关因素 ,采用多元线性回归分析技术整理试验数据 ,得到了有关干涸区传热特性的经验公式 ,试验结果与计算结果误差为± 1 0 % 。 An experimental investigation into the quality and position of dryout point through narrow annular channels under high pressure and temperature was made. The water by water heating technique was adopted. The superheating boiling starting point (DO point) was obtained by searching the temperature jump point in the wall temperature profile figure.The factors influencing the dryout quality( x ) and position ( L cr ) such as mass velocity, pressure, inlet temperature were analyzed. The empirical relationship for calculating the dryout quality and position of dryout were simulated. These relationships can be used to predicate the x and L er within the range of the experiment.
