JM6A压缩机机身燃爆故障诊断

Fault diagnosis for body explosion of JM6A compressor

对JM6A压缩机机身内燃爆事故的原因进行了分析,确定燃爆事故的原因是第Ⅰ列十字头的滑道摩擦副供油不足,引起该列十字头和滑道的高温,使这些零件表面的润滑油气化,进而引起爆炸。据此机制对该压缩机结构给出改进意见,对避免压缩机燃爆事故的发生有一定借鉴意义。

In this paper,study is done to find out the re as on of body explosion accident happened to JM6A compressor.The reason is confirme d that oil supply for slide friction at the slide rail of the first crosshead is insufficient,which causes high temperature of the crosshead and the slide rail and makes the lubricating oil on surfaces of these parts gasified,and then cause s the explosion.According to the explosion reason,suggestions of improvements to the compressor structure have been given in this paper,which are very valuable for avoiding more explosion accidents in compressors.
