结节性甲状腺肿的超声诊断

The Ultrasound Diagnosis of Nodular Goiter

目的 总结结节性甲状腺肿的超声声像图特征,提高诊断的准确性。方法 应用彩超对结节性甲状腺肿的患者行超声显像检查。结果 86例结节性甲状腺肿,累及双侧叶45例,左叶23例,右叶18例。单发结节型9例,多发结节型77例。结论 彩超对各型结节均有较特征的声像图表现,但在诊断单发性结节性甲状腺肿时易与甲状腺腺瘤混淆。完整包膜及声晕有助于二者的鉴别。

Objective Summary the ultrasound characteristic in nodular goiter in order to rise Diagnostic accurate. Methods Using color Doppler diagnoses 86 cases of nodular goiter that were confirmed by Surgical and pathology. Results In 86 cases nodular goiter,45 cases in two lobe ;23 cases in left lobe ; 18 cases in righ lobe;Single- nod type 9 cases, multi - nod type 77 cases. Conclusion The Color Doppler images of each type nodular goiter is characteristic. But it is easy confounding to diagnose Single - nod type nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma. Integrity peplos is useful in identificating the both.
