In this paper, variety of analysis methods of the surface rainfall was introduced and the application oif water vapour balance was studied for surface rainfall. Using numerical forecast data and based on dynamics and thermodynamics factor analysis forecast system was developed for surface rainfall. The system was applied on flood season in 2001.
