摘要
A numerical computation method based on B-splines is presented for thehydrodynamic interaction forces between two ships. The B-spline functions are adopted to approximatethe fully three-dimensional ship hull geometry and unknown velocity potential in the fluid domain.The results and analysis are given in detail for the hydrodynamic interaction forces between twoships moving on parallel courses. All the computations show that the numerical results are in goodagreement with some experimental or other theoretical results.
