摘要
采用MCS 51单片机控制系统,通过变频器来驱动和控制卷扬机,从而提高钻机钻具升降的自动化控制程度.在结合实际项目的基础上,分别从系统方案、控制电路和软件设计等方面,对卷扬机模式自动提下钻的单片机控制系统进行了研究和探讨.
In this paper,in order to heighten automata grade for hoisting and lowering in a hoister mode, transducer was used to drive and control winding motor by adopting MCS51 series single chip microcontroller control system. On the foundation of the combining actual project, indepth research and beneficial study are made in this paper concerning system scenario, control circuit and software design.
