介绍了重型数控机床预加载双齿轮齿条传动装置的应用范围、影响变量,对变量、对传动装置刚度的影响进行分析,提出了结构设计的一些原则,介绍了两种解决方案.
The article deals with the application scope and the influence variable of preload double pinion rack drive device for CNC heavy duty machine tools. It makes stiffness analysis to the variable and put forward some principles of structure design as well as two kinds of settlement means.
