摘要 ]多年来 ,我们的课堂教学很难从应试教育的陷阱中跳出来 ,这主要是因为我们对于学习过程的知识和对学习过程的理解没有实质性的更新 ,学生没有足够地掌握关于学习技能、思维技能和问题解决技能的知识和能力。因此 ,有效实施素质教育就必须树立新的素质教育观 ,设置有效的学习情境 ,这不仅能够改善学生的学习活动和学习效果 ,促进学生能力倾向的形成 ,也能够改善教师的教学与实践。 For scores of years, our classroom teaching has failed to break away from the test oriented education concept. It is because no turnover has been made in the understanding and knowledge of learning procedures, and the students have been fairly weak in the ability to learn, to think, and to solve problems. For this reason, a new concept of quality education has to be set up, an effective learning situation has to be created. This will help to promote the students' learning activities and effectiveness, to develop their ability to learn, and to improve the teachers' teaching practice.
