摘要
通过对单井集气站水套炉使用寿命较短的原因及其控制系统存在问题的分析 ,提出凝析水是水套炉腐蚀的根本原因 ;在“水套炉使用效率”6 0 %概念的基础上提出了单井水套炉应多种规格、分级调节的改造方案 ,提出了气井压力、产量及单井特性应作为选择水套炉的必要条件 。
Through analyzing the reasons of causing the water jacket furnace used for single well gas collecting station a short operating life and the problems existing in its control system,it is proposed in the paper that condensate water is the principal reason of causing the water jacket's being corroded;on the basis ensuring 60 percent “water jacket furnace service efficiency”,an improvement plan of multistandard and graded adjustment is suitable for the single well water jacket furnace;the gas well pressure,production rate and single well property should be taken as the essential conditions of selecting the water jacket furnace and an adaptability reformation should be done for the control system of the water jacket furnace.
