摘要
研究了ICP-AES法检测服装钮扣中镍的含量,阐述了钮扣前处理的化学方法,利用数理统计原理建立了ICP-AES光谱强度与标准镍溶液的质量浓度之间的线性相关的数学模型,结果表明,ICP-AES法检测钮扣中镍含量准确度高。
The nickel content in the plating layer on the buttons or zippers, which are the dress-accessories, was determined by ICP-AES. Pretreatment of the sample with HNO3 + HC1 and H2 O2 was described. Regressive study on the linearity between concentrations of the standard nickel solution and intensity of the spectral signal, which was done by the use of a computer was given. Correlation coefficient of the regressive equation was found to be 0. 997. It was proved that the ICP-AES method gave more precise and accurate results.
