路面基层施工质量的控制

Quality Control in Base Course Construction

采用二灰碎石材料的路面基层施工质量控制的重点是原材料质量及混合集料的级配比 .工程实践及试验表明 :石灰的掺量对路面基层后期成型强度有直接影响 .石灰最佳掺量选择范围为 4 %～ 6 % .提出了压实度及成型质量的检测方法 。

During the construction of base course,such as a macadamized one with lime and fine coal ash,focuses of attention for quality control lie in the qualities of materials and their aggregating gradation ratio.Construction practice and tests show that the lime content is a direct factor for the after hardening strength of the base course.The ideal range of lime contents is between 4%～6%.A checkout method is suggested to detect the shaping conditions of ground compacting,together with the control standards for the construction quality.
