通过对高等教育投资现状的分析 ,得出困扰中国高等教育可持续发展的障碍是办学形式单一、教育经费投入不足和投资效益不高的结论 ,并对此提出高等教育办学体制创新。

An analysis of the status quo of China ,s higher education investment shows that the unvaried running modes,the insufficient investment and the unsatisfactory investment returns are the barriers obstructing the sustainable development of China ,s higher education.Ways of improvement are proposed concerning the running modes,the investment system as well as the guiding principles.
