摘要
介绍了可移植可扩展科学计算工具箱(PETSc:Portable,ExtensibleToolkitforScientificCom putation)及MPI编程的方法,通过具体实例讨论了如何在高性能计算机上基于PETSc进行Fortran语言的并行编程,所给出的程序代码均已运行成功,并给出了具体结果.
In this article,PETSc(Portable,Extensible Toolkit for Scientific Computation) and the methods of MPI programming were introduced.Fortranprogramme based on PETSc on high performance computer was discussed through an actual example.The codes were successfully executed and the results were given.
