摘要
介绍了苏云金芽孢杆菌(BacillusthuringiensisBerliner)的杀虫机理、分离纯化方法及其在温室蔬菜害虫生物防治中的应用.近年来,温室蔬菜生产中害虫的发生和危害日益严重,化学农药的大量使用,使害虫天敌被大量杀伤,害虫抗药性增强,环境污染加剧,尤其是蔬菜上残留的化学农药直接威胁着人类的健康.苏云金杆菌作为一种高效微生物杀虫剂,在温室蔬菜害虫的生物防治中占有重要的地位.
In recent years,the occurrence and harm of vegetable pests in greenhouse has become more and more serious.With the broad use of pesticides,casualties on the enemy of pests were inflicted,resistance to pesticides of pests increased and environmental pollution was intensified.Especially remains of pesticides on vegetables is threatening human's health.As an efficient microbial insecticide,Bacillus thuringiensis has important position in prevention and control of vegetable pests in greenhouse.It is introduced that the mechanism in Bacillus thuringiensis toxicology,methods of its isolation purification and its application to biological control of vegetable pests in greenhouse in this article.
