黄芪川芎嗪治疗慢性肺心病

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease by Astragalus Membranaceus and Ligustium Wallichii

目的 观察分析慢性肺心病在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液及川芎嗪的疗效。方法 将 52例病人随机分两组 ,对照组是常规吸氧 ,抗感染 ,解痉平喘 ,强心利尿 ,扩张血管等综合治疗。治疗组是在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪和川芎嗪静滴。结果 治疗组在心功能改善及动脉血气 (ＰａＯ2 ,ＰａＣＯ2 )分析以及血粘度、红细胞聚集指数等指标方面 ,改善程度明显优于对照组 (Ｐ < 0 0 5)。结论 黄芪注射液和川芎嗪辅助治疗慢性肺心病 ,可明显改善患者的心肺功能 ,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the auxiliary effect of Astragalus membrinaceus (AM) and Ligusticum wallichi(LW) on chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods 52 patients with CPHD were divided randomly into two groups.32 patients had received AM,LW and routine treatment (treatment group,TG)while the other 20 patients had received only routine treatment (control group,CG).Results Compared to patients of CG,those of TG had a better blood viscosity,hemoglutination and cardio-pulmonary function(P<0.05).Conclusions AM and LW were efficient in the treatment of CPHD.
