Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture with Closed Reduction Internal Fixation with Compression Screw and Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 总结闭合复位加压螺纹钉内固定结合中药治疗股骨颈骨折的经验。方法 对 49例股骨颈骨折患者采用闭合复位加压螺纹钉内固定结合中药治疗。结果 随访时间平均 1 5年 ,骨折愈合率 97 9%。股骨头坏死率 2 1%。髋关节功能根据积水潭医院评分标准 ,优良率 95 9%。结论 该方法具有创伤小 ,内固定牢靠 ,骨折愈合快 ,并发症少等优点。是治疗各型股骨颈骨折的一种较为理想的方法 。

Objective To summarize the results of treatment of femoral neck fracture with closed reduction internal fixation with compression screw and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 49 cases of femoral neck fracture were treated with closed reduction internal fixation with compression spiral screw and traditional Chinese medicine.Results The average period of followed-up was 1.5 years and the bone healing rate was 97.9%,femoral head necrosis occurred in 2.1%,excellent and good rate was 95.9%.Conclusion The method has the advantage of reliable fixation,fast bone union and less injury and was the optimal method for the treatment of femoral neck fractures.
