清开灵注射液治疗小儿肺炎

Observation of Effect of Qingkailing Injection Treating Children's Pneumonia

目的 观察清开灵注射液对小儿肺炎的疗效。方法 将 90例患儿分为两组 ,治疗组 50例应用清开灵注射液联合头孢噻肟钠静滴 ,与病毒唑注射液合用头孢噻肟钠 40例做对照。结果 治疗组治愈率 96 0 % ,对照组 80 0 % ,前者优于后者 (P <0 0 5) ,并且在退热、止咳平喘、消除罗音方面优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 清开灵注射液具有抗病毒、抗炎作用 ,是治疗小儿肺炎的良药。

Objective To observe the effect of Qingkailing treating children's pneumonia.Methods 90 children were divided into two groups.The treatment group(50 cases) were injected cefotaxime sodium and Qingkailing.Another group(40 cases) were injected cefotaxime sodium and ribavirin injection as control.Results The rate of cure in treatment group is 96.0%.The rate of cure in control group is 80.0%.The treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The injection of Qingkailing have action of anti-virus and anti-inflammation.It is good at assistant treatment of wean pneumonia.
