摘要
2002年,对三峡工程永久船闸北线一二级船闸地面工程结构缝渗漏情况进行了普查和处理。根据具体情况,主要采取了以下处理措施:闸底板非过流面采取缝口切槽+嵌填SR 2塑性止水+SR防渗盖片+混凝土防护板的处理方案,过流面采取止水检查槽分段堵塞+灌注LW材料的处理方案;闸边墙缝面渗水采取缝口切槽+嵌填聚硫密封胶,并与底板Ⅰ型表止水连接的处理方案,对于渗漏量大的采取缝口切槽+嵌填聚硫密封胶+止水检查槽分段灌注LW材料的方案。2002年9月,永久船闸进行有水调试,经检验,渗漏处理效果良好。
In 2002, the survey and treatment were made on seepage of the structural joints in the ground project of the ship lock of ClassI and II on the north side of the permanent ship lock in the Three Gorges Project. Based on the concrete conditions, the following measures were mainly adopted. 1) For the nonoverflow surface on the lock bottom, we took the treatment scheme of cutting groove on joints, embedding with SR2 plastic sealant and SR impervious coversheet and then using concrete protection board. 2) For the overflow surface, we took the treatment scheme of blocking the water sealant groove by section and then pouring LW materials. 3) For the seepage of wall joints on the sides of the ship lock, we took the treatment scheme of cutting groove on joint, embedding with polysulfur sealant and then connecting with surface sealing of the bottom of Class I. For those with large leakage, we took the treatment of cutting groove on joints, embedding with polysulfur sealant, blocking and pouring with LW materials by sections on the water sealant check groove. The practice showed the effectiveness of seepage control is good.
