摘要
三峡水利枢纽电站引水压力管道伸缩节结构形式为附加波纹管水封系统的双套筒新型伸缩节。伸缩节的内直径为12 4m,为国内之最,其结构形式新颖、制造标准要求高、制造难度大、可借鉴的制造经验少。由于施工单位建立了严格的质量保证体系,业主、设计、监理各方密切配合,克服了多道技术难关,经质量检查,各项技术指标达到和优于标书和规范要求,质量评价优良。为我国超大型伸缩节的设计制造积累了丰富的经验。
The penstock expansion joint for TGP is of a new type of doubletelescope joint with additional corrugatedpipe sealing system. The expansion joint with an inner diameter of 12.4 m, the maximum in the country, is new in structure, highly required and difficult in manufacturing with little experience. Due to the strict quality assurance system established by the Contractor, close coordination by the Client, Designer and Supervisor, a lot of technical challenges have been addressed. The quality inspection indicated that the various technical indexes are up to or superior to the requirements stated in the tender documents and specifications and the expansion joint is excellent in quality evaluation.
