摘要
恒茂国际华城2号楼桩基采用人工挖孔桩,桩底标高-14~-14 8m,地下水位为-9 79m,须采用人工降低地下水位5~6m才能进行桩基施工。降低地下水位采用深井降水方式,降水效果良好,正式开始降水2d就达到设计的稳定水位,保证了人工挖孔桩的顺利施工。在深井降水设计中必须认真分析水文地质条件、预测降水对周围环境的影响;在设置井点数量、选择井径和抽水设备时应留有安全储备以保证降水一次成功。在深井施工中必须严格控制成井工艺和质量。
The pile foundation of No.2 Building of Hengmao International Huacheng adopts manually dug hole piles with the elevation of the pile base of -14~-14.8 m and that of underground water of -9.79 m, so the height of underground water should be manually lowered 56 m and then the piles can be constructed. It has better effect if adopting water lowering in deep well to lower the elevation of underground water, and the stable design elevation of water can be reached when lowering water 2 days formally, so that the construction of manually dug hole piles can be smoothly carried out. In the design of water lowering in deep well, you should seriously analyze hydro-geological conditions, forecast the impact of rainfall on the surrounding environment, and leave safe reservation when setting numbers of well, selecting diameter of well and water pumping sets in order to ensure success in one time. The technology and quality of wells should be strictly controlled in the construction of deep wells.
