摘要 为进一步研究磁化处理对脂肪酸精馏过程的影响,在不同磁感应强度的磁场中,研究了磁化处理对脂肪酸物理性质的影响。研究结果表明,磁场对脂肪酸的物理性质有一定的影响,脂肪酸经磁化处理后,其密度基本不变,黏度及表面张力下降,但磁化效果与磁感应强度不成正比,而是有一个最佳值,该最佳值为0 15~0 2T。定量计算表明,脂肪酸经磁化处理后,黏度下降5%~7%,表面张力下降5%~6%。 To research the influence of magnetizing treatment on the process of fatty acid fractional distillation,in the magnetic field that has different intensity of magnetization,the influenc e of magnetizing treatment on the physical property of fatty acid was investigat e d.The result shows that magnetic field has definite influence on the physical pr operty of fatty acid and that fatty acid be magnetizing treated its density unchange ultimately and viscosity and surface tension d ecrease,however,the magnetic effect is not in proportion with the intensity of m agntization,it has an optimum value which equal to 015~02 T.The quantitativ e account shows that fatty acid be magnetizing treated its viscosity decreas ed by 5%~7% and its surface tension decreased by 5%~6%.
