利用S 8极性大孔吸附树脂对酸解提取物稠膏中大豆异黄酮进行吸附饱和度实验,得出每17gS 8大孔树脂可吸附酸解提取物1 5164g,吸附大豆异黄酮0 337g。

The adsorption saturation level of S 8 polarity mac ro porous adsorption resin on soybean isoflavone in acid hydrolyte denseness was st udied.The results show that per 17 g S 8 macroporous adsorption resin can adsor b acid hydrolyte 1 5164 g,isoflavone 0 337 g.
