摘要
本文对管理者不同的道德观及其影响进行分析 ,提出管理者要加强自身的道德修养并以其来影响下属 ,才能提高组织绩效 ;用制度规范人性 ,用利益引导诚信 。
This paper analyzes various morality of ruler and its influence factors, advises managers enhance their morality and apply it to impact employees, so as to improve efficiency of firm. Managing must depend on rules and credit based on motivity of benefit, thus the level of morality in an organization will be improved rapidly to adapt the development needs of market economy.
