木梨幼叶提取物抑菌作用研究

Studies on the Antimicrobial Effect of the Extracts of Pyrus xerophila Leaves

用木梨 ( Pyrus xerophila)幼叶提取物对几种常见微生物进行抑菌试验 ,结果表明 :木梨幼叶提取物对多种微生物有明显的抑制作用 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌及青霉菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为 0 .2 5 %,4%,4%,8%,且能耐高温短时的热处理。

The antimicrobial experiment of the extracts of P. xerophila leaves was studied. It was found that the extracts of P. xerophila leaves could effectivety inhibit the growth of a series microorganism. The anticrobial minimum dlosages extracts of P.xerophila were as follow: Staphylococcus aureus 0.25%, Ebcherichia coli 4%,Bacillus subitilis 4%, Penicillium sp. 8%. The extracts were characterized by their heat stable ability.
