摘要
视觉坐标测量系统中 ,被测目标和探测器之间常常存在相对运动 ,造成光电探测器采集的图像模糊 .本文从空间频率的角度分析了图像模糊及复原对图像测量系统的影响 .图像测量系统传递函数分为 :光学成像系统、图像因匀速运动而导致的图像模糊、模糊图像恢复和光电探测器的图像离散化等几部分来考虑 .认为系统总体传递函数是这几部分影响的综合结果 。
In the visional coordination measurement system, image blur are produce in the optic-electric detector for the relative move between the measured object and the detector. In this paper we analyze the effect of image measurement system caused by the image blur and recover from the spatial frequency. The transfer function of the image measurement system is: optic image system, image blur resulting from the uniform velocity of the image, the image blur recover and image disperse of the optic-electric detector. We consider that the total transfer function is the effect of these factor, and make sure the image measurement system equivalent resolution from it.
