CS Strategy in Non-Public Economy Representatives' Political Disposition

对非公有制经济代表人士进行相应的政治安排 ,是新时期我们党在非公有制经济领域开展统一战线工作的重要形式之一。按传统的观点来看 ,政治安排就应该以国家的政治系统为中心 ,安排和团结非公有制经济人士。但这种安排思路的实际效果并不能得到广大非公有制经济人士的热烈响应和积极拥护。理论和现实要求我们必须调整政治安排工作的思路 ,实施从以“安排者”为中心向以“被安排者”为中心的CS战略的转变。

The political disposition of non-public economy representatives is one of the important forms of the Party's united front work in non-public economy field. According to the traditional point of view, the political disposition should focus on the country's political system, dispose and unite the non-public economy representatives. But this disposition train of thought's practical effect can't get the non-public economy representatives' warm response and active support. Theory and reality request that we must adjust the train of thought on the political disposition, carry out CS strategy transferring from “disposer” center to “disposee” center.
