摘要 对合作虚拟咨询服务系统QuestionPoint及其在北京大学图书馆和CALIS的应用情况进行了介绍,并从中总结出对我国发展合作虚拟咨询服务项目有益的经验。 Collaborative digital reference is the new trend of reference service under the network environment. This article discusses the project of QuestionPoint, a collaborative digital reference project of OCLC, in terms of its implementation, system structure and its application in Peking University Library and then provides advice for developing digital reference service in China.
