全国高校重点学科外刊资源共建共享方案研究

A Study on the Cooperation and Resource Sharing Project for Foreign Periodicals of Focal Subjects in China's Universities and Colleges

根据我国高等教育发展情况,根据高校教师、科研人员对外刊的需求情况,外刊出版现状和全国高校每年收藏外刊情况,论证了我国高校系统按重点学科三级分工合理收藏外刊的布局模式和具体计划,提出了建立和完善外刊共享的途径和具体办法。

With the analysis on the development of the higher education in china, the increased needs of foreign periodicals and the current status of the foreign periodicals publishing and subscribing of Chinese universities and colleges, this paper makes argumentation on the foreign periodicals collection development project of Chinese higher education system. The project collects rationally foreign periodicals in terms of focal subjects and three-level ownership. The authors finally suggest some ways to stimulates the development cooperation and resource sharing for foreign periodicals.
