第三产业(服务产业)的发展及其与第一(农业)、第二(工业)之间的结构合理化是经济理论与实践中的重大课题。是整个国民经济持续、稳定、协调发展的重要保证。多年来,重生产、轻服务的观念根深蒂固,对第三产业的研究也十分缺乏。本文从四川十年来第三产业的发展入手,以大量的数据对比,实证分析了四川第三产业发展的得失,并进而详细地剖析了制约服务产业发展的若干因素,对第三产业的发展进行了较为深入的理论思考,最后还提出了在今后一个时期加速发展第三产业的对策思路。

Sometimes this author give us some thoughts of accelerating the development of the tertiary industry.
