尿路康解痉、镇痛、利尿作用的药效学研究

The Pharmacodv namic Study on Niao - lukang' s Funtions in Relaxing the Muscular Spasm, Analgesia, Diuresis

目的:了解尿路康解痉、镇痛、利尿的药效作用。方法:本研究应用离体平滑肌实验与大白鼠代谢笼利尿实验;选用对空肠自发收缩与其他利尿剂利尿效果进行对比、观察。结果:尿路康对空肠自发收缩有明显抑制作用,并有剂量效应关系;利尿方面与氢氯塞嗪相比尿路康有明显利尿作用。结论:尿路康具有解痉、镇痛、利尿的药效学作用。

Objective:To search the Niao - lukang's effect in relaxing the muscular spasm, analge-sia, diuresis.Methods:The isolated smooth muscle and mice model were adopted in the study, contrasted with other hyperagogue' s effect on jejunal background activity. Results: Niao - lukang obviously can restrain the shrnk of empty intestine, and it do have relation to the dosage; in the same time the experiments also showed the Niao - lukang was more powerful than hydroehlorothiazide on diuresis. Conclusion;Niao - lukang has the pharrnacodynamic effects in relaxing the muscular spasm, analysia, diuresis.
