中药外用联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣101例疗效观察

Investigation on the Replase Prevention in Condyloma Acuminata by the Treatment Combine TCM with Microwave Therapy

目的:探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)复发的防治方法,为今后制订治疗方法提供参考。方法:采用性病门诊病例随机分组对照的治疗方法,进行统计学处理。结果:微波联合干扰素及中草药治疗组的复发率(16.83％)明显低于微波联合干扰素治疗组的复发率(37.80),两者比较有显著性差异(X^2=10.288223,P<0.01)。结论:主张中西医结合治疗是控制CA复发的有效手段。

Objective:To search for the way of condyloma acumintum replase prevention in clinical practice. Methods: The therapy of combined Microwave therapy and TCM was adopted to prevention in replase of CA. Results:The replase rate (16.83% ) of the study group was lower than that of the inter-feron treatment group. (37.80) . The difference between two groups was statistics significant ( x2= 10.288223, P < 0.01). Conclusion: The treatment combine microwave therapy and TCM was the effective way to prevention resplase of CA.
