作者认为1978年以来,我国经济体制改革在农村家庭联户承包经营责任制、乡镇企业的发展和对外开放三个方面已经取得了一定成就,找到了一条具有中国特色的社会主义商品经济的路子。但是,当前经济生活中仍然存在着许多经济问题,其中最主要就是搞活国营大中型企业的问题和经济结构调整问题。针对经济改革中存在的问题,作者提出了今后经济体制改革的基本思路,坚定不移地发展社会主义商品经济,把国营大中型企业推向市场,实现经营机制转换,不失时杨地进行经济结构调整。最后,作者还提出了今后经济改革的基本任务和有关配套改革的设想。

This author thinks china's economic reform has made considerable headway in the contract system of household linking with output, countryside enterprises development and open to outside world. china's goverment has found the special way on building China's socialist commodity economy. But there are many economic problems in the economic movement, and specially how to vivify the large—middle size enterprise problem and how to adjust the structure of economy. This author gives us some basic thought on economic reform in future: to develop steadily socialist commondity economy, to put public ownership enterprise into market, to realize management mechanism to transform and to adjust the economic strcture.
