米非司酮配甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠27例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 27 cases of ectopic pregnancy treatmented with mifistone and methotrexate

目的 :观察米非司酮配甲氨喋呤保守治疗宫外孕的临床与疗效。方法 :对 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月间收治的符合保守治疗条件的异位妊娠 2 7例 ,采用米非司酮配甲氨喋呤及中药综合治疗。结果 :治疗成功率 92 6% ,毒副反应发生率 2 2 2 %。结论 :该方法治疗宫外孕成功率高 ,住院时间短 ,毒副反应可以克服。

Objective: To observe clinical effectives on ectopic pregnancy treatmented with mifistone and methotrexate.Methods: 27 cases of ectopic pregnancy accord with unoperation condition from 1999 to 2001 were treated with mifistone and methotrexate,as well as chinese traditional medicine.Results: The cure rate was 92.6% and side effective rate was 22.2%.Conclusion: There was a highly cure rate,shorter in ward and less side effective rate with this treatment method.
