36例膀胱破裂的诊断与治疗

The diagnosis and treatment of 36 cases of bladder rupture

目的 :提高对膀胱破裂的认识。方法 :回顾性分析 3 6例膀胱破裂患者的临床资料。结果 :外伤性膀胱破裂 2 5例 ,自发性膀胱破裂 11例。其中腹膜外型膀胱破裂 11例。腹膜内型膀胱破裂 2 0例 ,复合型膀胱破裂 5例。 5例保守治疗治愈 ,3 1例手术治疗治愈。结论 :B超为首选检查手段 ,膀胱造影及膀胱注水试验为重要诊断方法。早期诊断。

Objective: To improve the understanding of bladder rupture.Methods: The diagnosis and therapeutic outcomes of 36 cases of bladder rupture were reviewed.Results: There are 25 damaged bladder ruptures and 11 spontaneous ones.And among them,11 cases are extraperitoneal.20 cases are intraperitoneal and 5 core complex.5 were managed nonoperatively and 31 were managed operatively.All of them healed up.Conclusion: For suspected cases of bladder rupture,ultrasonography should be the first screening test.Cystography and bladder springe water experiment are important diagnosis methods.Accurate diagnosis and prompt surgical repair were essential.
