Ⅲ型先天性食管闭锁新生儿的术后监护

Intensive care of neonates with type III congenital esophageal atresia

通过对我院PICU 1998年8月～2002年5月16例Ⅲ型先天性食管闭锁新生儿的术后监护进行总结,认为术后监护的重点是:密切观察病情变化;加强呼吸道管理;保暖,防止硬肿症;固定好胃管防松脱;加强营养;注意补液的量和速度;注意及时发现和防止术后并发症的发生;做好健康教育。笔者认为对Ⅲ型先天性食管闭锁术后患儿加强监护,有助于减少和防止术后并发症的发生。

By summarizing the intensive care of 16 neonates with type Ⅲcongenital esophageal atresia in the hospital during August, 1998 to May, 2002 the author believes that the main postoperative intensive care includes: carefully observing the changes of the illness; strengthening management of respiratory tract; keeping warm to prevent the sclerosis; fixing tube stomach to avoid disengagement, strengthening the supply of nourishment, paying attention to the quantity and speed of transfusion, preventing and finding the complication in time and health education. The author indicates that it is beneficial to decrease and prevent complication by strengthening the intensive care for the postoperative neonate with type M congenital esophageal atresia.
